Freeform ~ Wildcat EP
This EP has a bit
of a daffy aspect. Its vocals sound at times like a younger Brian Eno and
the music reminds me of Fourtet’s Pause with the volume turned down
on the folk elements. The whole things sounds playful, slightly amateurish
and a bit inconsequential – perhaps the tone is set by track 2 ‘Nothing
To Say’. The EP might have been more appropriately called Tame But Kinda
Likeable Cat.
